LiveWire Ergogenics to Offer Free Product Samples to Shareholders
(firmenpresse) - ANAHEIM, CA -- (Marketwire) -- 12/21/12 -- LiveWire Ergogenics, Inc. (OTCBB: LVVV) (OTCQB: LVVV), makers of LiveWire Energy™ Chews, announced today that the company will offer free samples of LiveWire Energy™ Chews to shareholders of record as of January 18, 2013.
LiveWire recently announced that its Board of Directors has declared a dividend payable to shareholders of record on January 18, 2013 ("Record Date"). Each shareholder's dividend will be calculated based on the number of shares owned by the shareholder on the Record Date. The new shares will be issued following the Record Date. The number of dividend shares will equal one (1) share for each five (5) shares owned by the shareholder on the Record Date, rounded upwards to the next whole share.
All shareholders who are entitled to the dividend will also be eligible to receive the free multi-flavor sample pack of LiveWire Energy™ chews. Details of the offer and how to receive the free sample pack will be published in a future press release.
