Conifex Announces Interest Payment on Convertible Notes

("Conifex") (TSX VENTURE: CFF) announced today that it has issued an aggregate of 31,138 common shares in payment of accrued interest on its stepped rate subordinated convertible promissory notes in accordance with the terms thereof.
