("ICG" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: ICL) announces that Mr. Peter Rooney has resigned as an officer and director of the Company effective immediately. Mr. Steven Wise, Chairman & CEO, has assumed Mr. Rooney's duties and responsibilities. The Board of Directors wishes to acknowledge that throughout his eight years with the Company, Mr. Rooney was instrumental in first establishing the Company as a market leader within the cruise loyalty marketplace and in the subsequent repositioning of the Company within the venture philanthropy and digital fundraising market sectors. The Board of Directors is currently constituted with four members.
