So much so in fact, that they have been with Terrina Interiors since the 1980s, after taking it over from their parents. Now, after 30 plus years of and management, the husband and wife team of Dave Stokes and Harriet Schryver are grooming their daughter to take the helm.
Terrina Interiors was started by Harriet Schryver's parents almost 40 years ago. In 1980, Harriet's husband Dave Stokes started with the company. He now handles all of Terrina's clients, while his wife, utilizing her years of experience in interior design in Edmonton, works with clients on everything from initial consultations, to kitchen renovations, floor coverings and art.
Specializing in residential design and renovations, Harriet has also taken on such venues as Shepherd's Care Vanguard, a new senior's residence in Edmonton. She coordinated all window coverings and personally selected all of the eye-catching art.
Terrina Interiors provides provide a variety of professional Edmonton interior design and decorating services for residential and commercial clients including:
Dave and Harriet are still front and centre with the daily operations of Terrina, but plan to one day hand it over to their designer daughter. "It's really neat to have Terrina remain a family-run business and pass along these skills to our daughter," said Harriet Schryver.
