Canadian Association of Debt Assistance Forms to Protect Consumers
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 12/18/12 -- Canada's Debt Assistance providers are pleased to announce the formation of the Canadian Association of Debt Assistance (CADA) to stand up for the rights of consumers across Canada and assist them with services that eliminate the crushing burden of credit card debt.
With the Bank of Canada reporting the ratio of household debt to disposable income reaching a crushing 163%, it is more important than ever to ensure that debt relief remedies beyond those offered by Bankruptcy practitioners and bank funded credit counseling programs are available to Canadians downing in debt.
The Canadian Association of Debt Assistance is made up of a number of Canada's leading debt assistance providers devoted to providing the public with information about Alternative Debt Relief Options, better Credit Education, and ways to protect your Rights as a Consumer to regain financial independence from creditors.
CADA members commit to a code of ethics that includes:
