COGECO Inc. and Cogeco Cable Inc. Schedule Their Annual General Meetings for 2012, and Release Date of Financial Results for the First Quarter of 2013 and Related Conference Call
(firmenpresse) - MONTREAL, QUEBEC -- (Marketwire) -- 12/18/12 -- COGECO Inc. (TSX: CGO) and Cogeco Cable Inc. (TSX: CCA) will hold their Annual General Meetings on Tuesday, January 15, 2013 at 11:30 a.m. at the Centre Mont-Royal in Montreal (2200, Mansfield Street). COGECO and Cogeco Cable's annual reports are currently available on SEDAR as well as the press release summarizing the highlights of fiscal year 2012 for each of the companies. At the same time, COGECO and Cogeco Cable will disclose their financial results for the first quarter of fiscal year 2013, ended November 30, 2012. A live webcast of the Annual General Meetings will be available on Cogeco's web site at .
The companies will hold a conference call for financial analysts, Thursday, January 15, 2013 at 9:30 a.m. (Eastern Standard Time) to discuss their financial and operating results.
