Former HP and Medi-Cal MMIS Executive Brings More Than 35 Years of Experience to Cognosante's Growing Health Transformation Solutions Business

Dworman, who joined Cognosante in November, has more than three decades of experience in the health and insurance IT in both the private and public sectors. Prior to joining Cognosante, Dworman served in senior roles at HP for more than 29 years. His focus for the past 22 years has been working with state governments on the development and implementation of insurance and healthcare programs. Dworman's roles included five years as HP's Executive Program Director for Medi-Cal where he led a team of more than 1,000 employees supporting annual Medicaid expenditures exceeding $20 billion. In addition, he served for seven years as Regional Vice President for U.S. Government Health and Human Services. In this role, he led the development of major proposals and was responsible for implementations and service delivery to states in the Western U.S.
