Avaya Inc. Announces Offering of Senior Secured Notes
(firmenpresse) - BASKING RIDGE, NJ -- (Marketwire) -- 12/18/12 -- Avaya Inc. (the "Company") today announced its intention to offer senior secured notes due 2019 that are exempt from the registration requirements of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the "Securities Act"). The net proceeds from the notes offering would be used to repay a portion of the term loans outstanding under the Company's senior secured credit facility and to pay related fees and expenses.
