Charlotte Hotel Refreshes Business Meeting and Events Facilities
(firmenpresse) - CHARLOTTE, NC -- (Marketwire) -- 12/18/12 -- The Charlotte Marriott City Center has recently completed a $1.5 million renovation of its meeting and banquet space as well as its four guest suites, it was announced by Gary Oikemus, Director of Hotel Operations.
According to Mr. Oikemus, the renovation completely refreshed the 9,108-square-foot Grand Ballroom as well as the 2250-square-foot Junior Ballroom. Both rooms received new carpeting, wall coverings, furniture, lighting, and chair reupholstering to create an entirely new experience for meeting attendees to Charlotte. Additionally, the luxury four guest suites were redone with new carpeting and furniture.
For planners considering a conference in Charlotte, the Charlotte Marriott City Center features a total of 20,000 square feet of meeting and event space with 13 meeting rooms. The Grand Ballroom can accommodate 1,450 attendees for a dinner.
