7? Multi-touch Display Solution for ARM Modules
(PresseBox) - Texim Europe provides the Prism-0700W series from TechNexion, a 7" plug-and-play open-frame mounting display kit which transforms your TechNexion ARM development kit into a multi-touch solution. The Prism series offer a crystal clear Projective Capacitive Touch (PCAP) multi-touch LCD screen with low reflection treatment. Simply plug the Prism onto your development kit and the display will automatically be detected. The Prism series can be used with Android, Linux and Windows embedded Compact 7 operating systems.
For customers that demand a complete enclosed "off the shelf" solution there are Prism systems that conveniently packs the touchscreen and electronics in a metallic enclosure with mounting options ranging from side mountable ears to rear mount options by using VESA 75 screw holes. The kit assembly contains all cables and interconnects you need to connect to your development board.
In the coming months TechNexion will be releasing a 10.1" version (Prism-1010W).
