Termination of Guardian Canadian Value Equity Fund
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 12/13/12 -- Guardian Capital LP announced that on December 12, 2012 the sole investor in Guardian Canadian Value Equity Fund (the "Fund") redeemed all of its units of the Fund. Accordingly, the Fund has terminated by operation of law and units of the Fund will no longer be offered for sale.
