SMA Alliance Enters Agreement for Foreign Listing

(PINKSHEETS: SMAA) is excited to announce they have entered into an agreement with Watkins Worldwide, LLC (Authorized Intermediary for IFXBG, Inc. - an FSA Registered Broker Dealer) to proceed forward with their dual listing into the European markets. SMA Alliance intends to build up its international presence with access to new markets and further their access to developmental capital. SMA Alliance (SMAA) believes that listing overseas will give them more of a direct presence with marketing their products in Europe. Recently the company had announced the expansion of their products into the Canadian automotive markets as well. The company expects to complete the process over the first quarter of 2013 and will keep their shareholders and the investment public informed of its progress.
