Papercheck has responded with the following two features: alternative email address notifications and .
Papercheck allows clients to provide an alternate email at the time of submission. In the past, clients could only store one email in a profile, but as of 8/12, clients can store emails with each document. This service was officially removed from beta in December. This new feature permits businesses, universities, and corporate entities to share a primary account and maintain one form of payment. It also prevents the financing department from having to forward emails to individuals submitting documents. Alternate email notification facilitates the separation of the account holder and the account submitter.
SMS notification is extremely helpful for corporate clients that need to be notified instantaneously. As soon as a document is returned by an editor, an SMS is dispatched to the client's mobile phone. Similarly to the alternative email notification, a client enters the phone number at the time of submission. He or she may also store a preferred mobile number in the billing profile. If a client chooses to activate this feature, an additional fee of $1.00 will be applied to the document at the time of submission.
