Veteran Accounting Executive Joseph N. Vasile Joins IFCR Board

Mr. Vasile is a veteran accounting executive with over thirteen years experience in public company environs. Presently, Mr. Vasile serves as Controller at American Stock Transfer Company where he is responsible for financial statement closings, board reporting and bank covenant analysis. He has been a finance and accounting consultant for several Fortune 500 public companies where his responsibilities included Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, financial and compensation reporting, risk assessment procedures, development of internal controls, and acquisition financial planning.
