(firmenpresse) - FORT LAUDERDALE, FL -- (Marketwire) -- 12/03/12 -- (NYSE: TDF) today announced a total distribution of $0.4005, comprised of net investment income of $0.2854 per share and long-term capital gains distribution of $0.1151 per share, payable on December 31, 2012 to shareholders of record on December 14, 2012 (Ex-Dividend Date: December 12, 2012).
