Digital First Media Makes Leadership Appointments in Pennsylvania Group

Eric Lamont Mayberry Named VP Sales; Shelley Meenan Named Publisher/GM

(firmenpresse) - NEW YORK, NY -- (Marketwire) -- 12/03/12 -- , which operates , and , today named Eric Lamont Mayberry as Journal Register Company's Regional Vice President of Sales for Pennsylvania and Shelley Meenan as Pennsylvania Publisher and General Manager.

Mr. Mayberry will be responsible for all digital and print advertising sales across the Company's Pennsylvania group and Ms. Meenan will lead operations for the group. Both will report directly to Edward Condra, Journal Register Company's Senior Publisher for Pennsylvania.

"Eric's knowledge of the Greater Philadelphia market, his proven record as a sales leader and his high level of energy will bolster our sales organization in Pennsylvania. Shelley's experience with our operations as well as her familiarity with our Pennsylvania team will make her successful in this new role," said Mr. Condra.

Mr. Mayberry, who most recently served as Vice President Sales for The News Journal Media Group, a Gannett publishing division in Delaware, has nearly 20 years' experience in advertising, marketing and publishing. Mr. Mayberry is the former President and Publisher of Metro Philadelphia and Director of Advertising for the Philadelphia Daily News.

Mr. Mayberry, a graduate of the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, resides in the Chestnut Hill section of Philadelphia with his family.

Ms. Meenan, who started her career with The Times Herald in Norristown in 1988, has held a number of leadership positions within the Company. Ms. Meenan holds an MBA from St. Joseph's University and is also a graduate of Shippensburg University. She has strong local ties and has lived in Chester County for 20 years and attended Upper Merion High School.
