In just a year and a half, the program prepares students to write their licensure exam and find work in the growing healthcare field.
The specialized training in healthcare at Vancouver Career College not only prepares Practical Nursing students for a career helping people, it also propels them to the top of their profession. In September 2012, 100% of the Practical Nursing graduates from Burnaby and Kelowna passed the Canadian Practical Nursing Registration Examination (CPRNE) exam. The national pass rate average is 88%.
