Before joining Neovia, Oglesby was the Chief Information Officer and Executive Vice President of several companies specializing in integrated logistics services, global automotive parts, global equipment leasing and financial services.
Oglesby holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from McMurry University in Abilene, Texas.
