GreenWorld Restoration's Sustainable Housing Platformâ„¢ utilizes a traditional U.S. stick frame structure with recycled metal instead of wood, supported by exterior and interior structural walls incorporating special materials in order to make the homes more resistant to hurricanes, earthquakes, floods, fire, heat, mold and termites. As a result, the homes are safer and more energy efficient, saving up to 40% on utility bills.
In addition, GreenWorld will soon be releasing another version of its Sustainable Housing Platform, incorporating lightweight concrete into structural walls using less than 10% of the energy typically used to make concrete. This product enhancement has been designed to further enhance a home's ability to resist the elements.
