Sputnik Enterprises, Inc. Executes Agreement to Acquire Wireless NRG, LLC

(OTCBB: SPNI) today announced that the company has entered into an Agreement for the Exchange of Common Stock with Wireless NRG, LLC (WRNG) whereby the company will acquire Wireless NRG, LLC and at the closing, WNRG will become a wholly owned subsidiary of SPNI. The closing of the transaction is subject to completion of due diligence, the delivery of all documentation required, and including, but not limited to, a PCAOB member firm audit of WNRG. Wireless NRG, LLC is a manufacturer of innovative, green energy products and accessories for tablets and smart phones, including Apple Certified accessories for the iPad2 and iPad 3rd Generation and are currently developing products for the iPad Mini and the iPad with Retina Display which will be due out Q1 2013. Also expected in Q1 2013 is the KudoGlide, a protective case for the iPhone5 that will extend battery life. Following that, Wireless NRG, LLC will also focus on versions for the iPhone 4 and 4S and the Samsung Galaxy S3.
