As Toronto's Animation Scene Heats Up, Animators Will Be in High Demand
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 11/23/12 -- Inspired by the growth of Ontario's gaming and video effects industries, CDI College has developed a 3D Modeling Animation Art and Design that will train students in Toronto for careers in animation and CGI.

The 3D Modeling Animation Art and Design program is designed to give students a solid foundation in the technical and artistic skills needed to excel in the 3D modeling, animation and CGI industries. With instruction from industry-experienced professionals, they'll study colour theory, design fundamentals and life drawing. They'll learn about a range of techniques such as lighting, texturing, character animation and layout and design. The program also teaches them how to apply industry-standard software tools and techniques to the production process.
By the end of the program, students will possess a professional portfolio that highlights their skills and strengths for potential employers. Graduates will be able to apply for jobs with computer animation studios, industrial design firms, special effects and post-production studios and software producers. Graduates will also be suited for positions with video game design companies and game development studios.
