Migao Corporation Appoints Helen Lu as Chief Financial Officer
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 11/22/12 -- Migao Corporation (TSX: MGO), a China-based specialty potash fertilizer producer, announced that Ms. Helen Lu, CA, CPA, CFA has been appointed Chief Financial Officer effective immediately. Mr. Randall Smallbone, Migao's previous CFO has left the Company to pursue other interests.
Ms. Helen Lu has years of experience in Canada and China serving both public and private companies. Ms. Lu, as CFO of Yalian Steel brings experience and appreciation for the challenges and excitement of a Canadian listed company with operations in China. Previously, she held the position of Audit Manager at Ernst & Young in Vancouver and Senior Auditor at Ernst & Young's Shanghai office. Ms. Lu was Assistant Vice President at Citigroup in Shanghai where she oversaw the internal control practice among other responsibilities. Ms. Lu is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
