Enablence Technologies Announces the Completion of the Sale its Swiss Subsidiary

("Enablence" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: ENA), a leading supplier of optical components and subsystems for telecommunication access, metro and long-haul markets and enterprise and other applications, announced the completion of the sale of its wholly-owned Swiss subsidiary, Enablence Switzerland AG ("ENA Switzerland") to Albiva Holdings AG ("Albiva") for total purchase price of US$2 million and the repayment of an intercompany loan over the next 12 months (the "Transaction"). The details of the Transaction were previously announced in a press release dated November 16, 2012.
