Way Ventures Inc. Announces Termination of Letter of Intent to Complete a Qualifying Transaction With Biomatera Inc.
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 11/19/12 -- Way Ventures Inc. ("Way Ventures") (TSX VENTURE: WAY.P), a Capital Pool Company, wishes to announce that it has terminated its previously announced letter of intent with Biomatera Inc. dated September 19, 2012 to complete a business combination intended to constitute the Qualifying Transaction of Way Ventures, as such term is defined in Policy 2.4 of the Corporate Finance Manual of the TSX Venture Exchange. The transaction has been terminated with no further obligation on either party, and no funds were advanced by Way Ventures to the target.
Way Ventures will continue to aggressively identify and evaluate opportunities for the purpose of completing its Qualifying Transaction. Trading of Way Ventures' common shares is expected to resume trading on the TSX Venture Exchange shortly.
