Pacific Safety Products Inc. Announces the Issuance of Options and the Resignation of Its CFO
(firmenpresse) - ARNPRIOR, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 11/14/12 -- Pacific Safety Products Inc. ("PSP" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: PSP) announced today that it has granted 750,000 stock options to Mr. Terry Vaudry, the Company's Chief Executive Officer. The stock options are exercisable at a price of $0.10 and expire five years from the date of grant.
PSP also announces that effective immediately Barbara Peacock has resigned her position as CFO. Terry Vaudry, PSP's CEO, will assume the role of Interim CFO until a full search is conducted.
