Energy Efficiency Firm's New Logo Is a Hit
(firmenpresse) - WESTBOROUGH, MA -- (Marketwire) -- 11/13/12 -- (CSG) today announced the receipt of five awards for its newly designed corporate logo. A national firm, CSG was founded in 1984 and refreshed its logo last year for the first time. The design was created in-house and has been honored for excellence in graphic design by several prestigious organizations that evaluate thousands of entries from the U.S. and abroad.
CSG is the recipient of the following awards in 2012:
Communicator Award (Silver) -- International Academy of Visual Arts
Hermes Creative Award (Gold) -- Association of Marketing and Communications Professionals
Gold Award -- Summit Creative Awards
Award of Excellence -- APEX Awards
In 2011, CSG was honored with a gold award from MarCom International.
Graphic Design Manager Jamie Roberts, who created the logo, chose warm, rich greens to reinforce CSG's leadership position in the energy efficiency field and highlight the firm's environmental mission. Roberts said, "The 'hidden' leaf element symbolizes CSG's ongoing dedication to sustainability. The leaf and stem, growing directly out of the type, visually supports the principles of progression, innovation and growth."
CSG has won for its clients for marketing and program implementation. The 2012 logo awards represent the first time CSG has been recognized for its own corporate work.
