Ready to mix with de-ionized water, these are an economical alternative to for many optics grinding, lapping, and polishing applications.
For aggressive grinding and lapping, Meller Alumina Powders are offered in a Microlux-R version which features large agglomerated particles that break down under pressure for final polishing and are 99.98% pure. For fine grinding and uniform polishing, Microlux-RZ powders are 99.99% pure and deagglomerated with controlled particle sizes.
