Steamworks Launches Oatmeal Stout in Bottles-It's Not Just for Breakfast

For the first time, this silky-smooth beer can be purchased in 650 ml bottles at liquor stores across British Columbia, giving a reason to cheer.

Steamworks has been brewing Oatmeal Stout since its inception, 17 years ago, using a combination of steel-cut and rolled oats to create the velvety-smooth taste for which Steamworks is famous. With Steamworks Oatmeal Stout available in bottles, beer lovers can finally get excited about stocking their cupboards with oatmeal and their fridges with .
As always, Steamworks uses steam-powered brewing, a technology that contributes to Steamworks' distinct flavor advantage.
Steamworks' Oatmeal Stout will be available in BC Government Liquor Stores as well as many private licensed retail stores starting November 13th, allowing beer aficionados province-wide to "bring the brewpub home".
