(firmenpresse) - NEW YORK, NY -- (Marketwire) -- 11/07/12 -- VuQo Holdings Corporation (PINKSHEETS: VUQO) today provides an update on its previously announced intent to acquire Waste Management Asia Corporation (formerly Lacto Asia Pacific Philippines), a leading provider in alternative waste management solutions in the Philippines.
VuQo's Management has substantially completed its due diligence and the two companies are now on its final stages on discussing the principal terms of agreement under which, VuQo Holdings Corporation will acquire 100% of the business of Waste Management Asia, with an all stock transaction, by which final details will be announced pending the execution of the agreement.
