graduated from the University of Texas, Dental Branch in 1968, and practiced in Seabrook, Texas for ten years. In 1978 he decided to move his office from Seabrook to its current location in Clear Lake City, where he practices alongside his daughter, Dr. Ann Haggard. He has attended multiple post-graduate programs, including those at the Pankey Institute in Florida and the Boston Institute for Advanced Dental Studies. He is an active member of the American Dental Association, the Texas Dental Association, and the Houston District Dental Society. While affiliated with the Houston District Dental Society, Dr. Haggard served as the Ethics and Jurisprudence Chairman and has been honored with a place on the Peer Review Committee.
graduated with honors from Centenary College of Louisiana before earning her medical degree from Texas A & M Baylor College of Dentistry. During her tenure at Texas A & M, she became a member of the Delta Sigma Delta Professional Dental Fraternity and won an award for outstanding achievement in periodontics. She is an active member of the American Dental Association, the Texas Dental Association, the Houston District Dental Society, the Texas Women's Dental Association, and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.
