Viper Motorcycle Company Announces Joint Venture Agreement With BlackStone Tek
(firmenpresse) - AUBURN, AL -- (Marketwire) -- 10/31/12 -- Viper Motorcycle Company (Viper), a wholly owned division of Viper Powersports, Inc. (OTCQB: VPWI), announced today that it has signed a Joint Venture Agreement with BlackStone Tek (BST).
BST will supply and manufacture proprietary, co-branded carbon fiber wheels and components for upcoming Viper models. BST is recognized as a world leader in carbon fiber wheels and components. The BST/Viper partnership will highlight BST's product development and world-class manufacturing capabilities which will enhance the already outstanding performance and handling characteristics of the Viper motorcycles.
