Mitratech Releases TeamConnect 3.3 SP3, Outlook Integration and Mobile Application

This release focuses on enhanced usability for clients through expanded access to TeamConnect functionality.

The TeamConnect 3.3 SP3 upgrade includes extensive additions to search, reporting and security features within the core TeamConnect platform. Cross-object reporting will allow users access to more robust reporting capabilities, while enhanced search views give clients greater control over searches and a more powerful view of results. In addition, enhanced security features and audit rules will allow control and tracking over who can create, update or delete user accounts.
TeamConnect Mobile, in addition to Mitratech's fully web-based mobile platform, gives on-the-go users the ability to easily view and process invoices in real time directly from their cell phones. The mobile application is available for download from the Apple App Store, Google Play and BlackBerry App World.
Office Suite 1.0 will integrate access to TeamConnect with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel. Some features offered to help streamline workflow include full two-way task and calendar integration with Outlook, drag and drop of email and documents directly to TeamConnect, version control features and matter information viewing.
