(firmenpresse) - FORT WORTH, TX -- (Marketwire) -- 10/31/12 -- UMED Holdings, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: UMED), a Texas Corporation, is pleased to announce the completion of the acquisition of Jet Regulators, LLC (Jet Tech) and its full integration into the UMED corporate structure.
In the last quarter of 2011, UMED entered into an agreement to acquire the assets of Jet Tech, an aircraft maintenance and repair operation located at Meacham Airport in Fort Worth, Texas. Jet Tech has maintained corporate aircraft for over a decade and has developed an international reputation for aircraft maintenance and import and export of corporate aircraft. The company continues to expand and attributes its growth to the strong relationships with their client base. Jet Tech is constantly seeking ways to limit the skyrocketing costs involved in maintaining and operating corporate aircraft without compromising quality and safety.
