In September, at the Travel Bulletin Awards, Haven was recognised as the 'Holiday Parks Operator of the Year' and this month at the TTG Travel Award Haven won the category of Best UK Travel Supplier. Bourne Leisure who own Haven Holidays, the brands of Warner Leisure hotels and Butlins, picked up the top award of Best Travel Company in the UK.
Autumn is the time of year when the travel industry get together and through a combination of travel agent feedback and public nominations, determines which brands and companies deserve recognition for the service and product they provide. was recognised as a top brand three times in one Season.

With stiff competition in the form of other shortlisted companies, the team from Bourne Leisure stepped up to the stage to be congratulated by celebrity guest host, actor and comedian, David Walliams. An ironic choice as who doesn't remember that infamous travel agency sketch of "computer says no."
Judges for the awards include experts from trade bodies and leading travel companies and the Institute of Travel and Tourism, as well as leading figures from the worlds of commerce and retail.
