Transocean Ltd. Announces Third Quarter 2012 Earnings Release Date and Conference Call Information
(firmenpresse) - ZUG, SWITZERLAND -- (Marketwire) -- 10/23/12 -- Transocean Ltd. (NYSE: RIG) (SIX: RIGN) said it plans to report earnings for the three months ended September 30, 2012, before trading begins on the SIX Swiss Exchange ("SIX") on Monday, November 5, 2012.
The company will conduct a teleconference call at 10:00 a.m. EST (4:00 p.m. CET) on Monday, November 5, 2012. Individuals who wish to participate in the teleconference call should dial +1 719-325-4828 and refer to confirmation code 2448847 approximately five to 10 minutes prior to the scheduled start time of the call.
In addition, the conference call will be simulcast through a listen-only broadcast over the Internet and can be accessed by logging onto the company's website address at and selecting "Investor Relations." It may also be accessed at by typing in the company's NYSE trading symbol, "RIG."
