Compass Biotechnologies to Change Its Name to 1WorldDirect Holdings Inc. and Release an Online Video of Its Business Advantage

(PINKSHEETS: COBI) announces today it will be applying shortly to change the Company name to 1WorldDirect Holdings Inc. to better reflect its corporate direction and market niche. Compass CEO Tom Krucker stated, "As we aggressively develop new markets we are looking to brand the company under a unified name to further increase our presence in the Global markets."
In addition to having our name change made effective, 1WorldDirect US Inc., the wholly owned subsidiary, is in the process of finalizing an online educational video. This video will highlight the vast difference of benefits and ease of use between what 1World provides versus its competitors. "There is a reason we have been successful in rapidly expanding our merchant and customer base; by demonstrating the superiority and clear differences our products offer we anticipate our investor base and potential customers to exponentially grow," added CEO Krucker.
The company expects to have this educational tool available for viewing in the next 14-21 days and is looking forward to its impact on the marketplace to better showcase 1World's products.
