EnerCare Inc. Announces Monthly Dividend
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 10/22/12 -- EnerCare Inc. ("EnerCare") (TSX: ECI) today announced a cash dividend of $0.056 per common share for the month of October 2012. The dividend will be payable on November 30, 2012 to shareholders of record at the close of business on October 31, 2012. This dividend is designated as an "eligible dividend" for Canadian income tax purposes.

EnerCare owns a portfolio of approximately 1.2 million installed water heaters and other assets, rented primarily to residential customers in Ontario.
