Currys and PC World Launch Christmas Wish List Promotion, Giving Away GBP 45,000 Worth of Top Technology

(firmenpresse) - LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM -- (Marketwire) -- 10/19/12 -- The UK's largest electrical retailers, Currys and PC World have today launched their Christmas wish list promotion, giving nine customers each the chance to win up to GBP 5,000 worth of gifts. Customers can simply click on to create their wish list - from Kindles and to the latest iPod, plus many more great gadgets and accessories - and be in with a chance of winning.
Nine lucky winners will be randomly selected each week in the run up to Christmas, ensuring they receive their 'wish list' of gifts in time for the holidays. Customers can share their wish lists with family and friends online and via social media channels to hint at gift ideas and encourage them to get involved.
As well as giving away a fabulously festive GBP 45,000 worth of the latest technology, Currys and PC World are also giving away one GBP 500 gift card every day during the promotion. Daily and weekly customer draws will take place between October 18 and December 23 2012.
Currys and PC World will also reward early Christmas shoppers with a GBP 10 gift voucher when they spend GBP 30 or more instore and online. From October 18 to November 7 2012 customers who purchase a product from the gifting category(ii) will receive an extra GBP 10 to spend on any last minute Christmas gifts in December.

Open to residents of the UK and ROI (excluding Channel Islands and The Isle of Man) over the age of 12. Employees of DSG Retail Ltd or anyone professionally associated with this promotion is excluded from participation.

Daily and Weekly Draws will take place between the 18th October 2012 and 23rd December 2012.
