(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 10/16/12 -- Canadian Real Estate Investment Trust (TSX: REF.UN) ("CREIT") today announced its October 2012 monthly distribution in the amount of 12.42 cents per unit (C$1.49 annualized). The October distribution will be payable on November 14, 2012 to Unitholders of record October 31, 2012.
