A financial executive bringing over 30 years of experience to Philadelphia Financial, Hom will lead all financial affairs and enhance the organization's strategic capabilities in this expanded position.

He had previously held senior level executive positions at AON Corporation, CIGNA Corporation and The Travelers Insurance Group. Hom served for 10 years in Pricewaterhouse Coopers' insurance industry consulting practice after beginning his career with The Hartford Insurance Group.
