(firmenpresse) - ASHLAND, OR -- (Marketwire) -- 10/16/12 -- ecoSolutions Intl (PINKSHEETS: ECOI) announced today that it has reached agreement with private investor, Brady Brim-DeForest, who will provide ecoSolutions with an infusion of new capital in exchange for a 49% stake in the company.
Brady Brim-DeForest is a seasoned entrepreneur with a deep background in media and entertainment technology for the enterprise.
