Duck® brand's MyDesign™ Contest challenges aspiring artists to create a unique design to be featured as the next Duck Tape® print.
Channel your inner artist with Duck® brand's MyDesign™ Contest by creating a one-of-a-kind design to be printed on real rolls of Duck Tape®. Designs drawn by hand or with digital editing software are welcome, and entries must be created using one of the Duck Tape® design templates found on the Facebook® contest tab to be considered.
The contest works like this: Enter the MyDesign™ contest at and submit your design using the provided template. At the end of the entry period, a panel of judges from Duck® brand will choose the top 20 entries based on originality and creativity, quality of design, clarity of expression and artistic merit. Once the top 20 are announced, fans of Duck Tape® on Facebook can vote for their favorite design.
The entry with the most votes wins a $5,000 grand prize -- along with the designer's signature featured on the label artwork for the winning Duck Tape® print. The winner's profile will be included on .
The entry period for the MyDesign™ Contest ends on Oct. 25, 2012, with the winner announced on or around Nov. 16, 2012.
