Motion Picture Hall of Fame Signs Letter of Intent With Chinese Venture Capital Corporation for $50M
(firmenpresse) - LAS VEGAS, NV -- (Marketwire) -- 10/10/12 -- (PINKSHEETS: MHFM) announced they have signed a letter of intent for $50,000,000.00 in funding with a well known Chinese Venture Capital Corporation, UMS Investment Company, LTD., to fund the Motion Picture Hall of Fame. The first chapter will be built in America with the second chapter being built in China. There has never been a world-class themed attraction established to both honor and preserve the "all-time" greatest accomplishments in the history of motion pictures. The Motion Picture Hall of Fame is the first of its kind. "Our goal is to build chapters in all the major film capitals of the world," stated Robert Alexander, CEO/President of the Motion Picture Hall of Fame.
It is the mission of the Motion Picture Hall of Fame to commemorate and honor those movies, actors, actresses, writers, producers, directors and film composers who have had a profound impact on the motion picture industry. Each year there will be an induction ceremony where the public will actually vote on the films and individuals who will be inducted into the Hall of Fame.
