The East Midlands Radisson Blu Hotel in European Hotel Design Awards Final
(firmenpresse) - LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM -- (Marketwire) -- 10/08/12 -- The Radisson Blu hotel at East Midlands airport is a GBP 22 million luxury hotel created by MAG Developments almost a year ago in November 2011.
The 218-bed hotel has been selected as one of the finalists in the prestigious European Hotel Design awards which brings together the leading owners, operators, developers and investors in the hotel industry. The award recognizes and appreciates the outstanding design and architecture of the best European hotels and chooses a number of finalists before announcing the overall winner.
The finals are to be held in November this year where the Radisson will be recognized for its sustainable yet stylish design. The hotel was built using innovative design and environmentally friendly principles to develop a luxury, sustainable concept which has seen it top the charts as one of the most efficient hotels in the Rezidor Group's European group of over 400 hotels.
