(NASDAQ: DCOM) (the "Company"), the parent company of The Dime Savings Bank of Williamsburgh ("Dime"), today announced that the Company expects to release its earnings for the quarter ended September 30, 2012 after the close of the U.S. equity markets on Thursday, October 25, 2012.
The Company (NASDAQ: DCOM) had $3.88 billion in consolidated assets as of June 30, 2012, and is the parent company of Dime.
