(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 10/03/12 -- Premium Income Corporation (TSX: PIC.A)(TSX: PIC.PR.A) has declared quarterly distributions payable on October 31, 2012 to shareholders of record on October 15, 2012, ex-dividend date of October 11, 2012, in the following amounts per share:
To the extent that any portion of the distributions are ordinary taxable dividends and not capital gains dividends, they will be eligible dividends.
