Laurie Goldberg Announces Acquisition of Shares of People Corporation
(firmenpresse) - WINNIPEG, MANITOBA -- (Marketwire) -- 10/03/12 -- Laurie Goldberg ("Goldberg") advises that on September 28, 2012 he indirectly, through Goldberg Business Trust, acquired 150,000 common shares of People Corporation (the "Issuer") for aggregate cash consideration of approximately $53,250, representing 0.05% of the common shares of the Issuer.
Goldberg now owns and controls, directly or indirectly, 5,000,137 common shares of the Issuer, representing approximately 15.2% of the Issuer's issued and outstanding common shares.
This acquisition was made through the open market for investment purposes and Goldberg may from time to time increase or decrease his investments in the Issuer depending on market conditions or any other relevant factor.
