VuQo Holdings Corporation Signs Letter of Intent to Acquire Lacto Asia Pacific Corporation
(firmenpresse) - NEW YORK, NY -- (Marketwire) -- 10/03/12 -- VuQo Holdings Corporation (PINKSHEETS: VUQO) announced today that it has signed a non-binding Letter of Intent ("LOI") to acquire Lacto Asia Pacific Corporation, a leading solid waste management company that uses a compost activator technology called, Happy Soil Solid Waste System, for garbage reduction. "The acquisition of Lacto Asia Pacific Corporation is a significant step forward for VuQo Holdings Corporation as a profitable addition to our holdings company," President and CEO Rene Esteban stated.
Being in the business for 11 years, Lacto Asia Pacific Corporation has installed more than 350 Material Recovery Facilities (MRF) with the local government in the Philippines and has 25 active city and provincial distributors. Lacto Asia Pacific Corporation plans to cater to 1,620 towns and cities with 42,000 barangays required to install their solution to the solid waste problems in the country. Furthermore, countries such as Ghana, Senegal and Africa are lined up as key target markets for their expansion. As of date, Lacto Asia Pacific Corporation closed two projects: an 80-ton per day in Iligan City Lanao Del Norte and a 38-40-ton per day in Lemery Batangas, all of which are Material Recovery Solid Waste Project Installation. The company's rotary composter drum units have also been installed and is successfully operating in YMCA in Beirut, Lebanon.
Lacto Asia Pacific Corporation is projected to generate as much as $5 million based on the fulfillment of their projects.
