AbilTo Names Donna Usiskin Chief Revenue Officer
Usiskin to Focus on Accelerating AbilTo's Growth With Health Plans and Payors
(firmenpresse) - NEW YORK, NY -- (Marketwire) -- 10/02/12 -- , a leader in the development and delivery of remote behavioral health programs, announced today that Donna Usiskin has been named Chief Revenue Officer. Usiskin will be responsible for accelerating AbilTo's growth in the health plan and payor segments, spearheading the company's expansion into new markets and building out the national sales and marketing organization.
Previously, she was a Principal on the HCIT Investment Team at Edison Ventures, a New Jersey-based venture capital firm specializing in health IT and technology investments. Prior to Edison, she worked in senior sales roles at successful technology start-ups, including Connextive and Princeton Softech.
"Donna uniquely combines deep healthcare knowledge, a strong track record of building successful sales organizations, and diverse entrepreneurial experience to rapidly build upon AbilTo's existing successes," said Michael Laskoff, CEO of AbilTo. Usiskin is a Blueprint Health and Tigerlabs Health mentor; she holds a BA in Psychology from Rutgers University. Usiskin will be based in New York.
Founded in 2008, AbilTo's programs help individuals to manage depression following a medical event or life transition, allowing employers and health plans to significantly reduce medical cost. AbilTo's programs target individuals with conditions in high cost categories: cardiac, diabetes, chronic pain and postpartum depression, among others.
