(NASDAQ: CITZ) announced that the Board of Directors on September 24, 2012 declared a quarterly cash dividend of $.01 per share payable on October 26, 2012 to shareholders of record as of October 8, 2012. This dividend is unchanged from the prior quarter's dividend.
